Job Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Employer Brand Manager to lead our global employer brand strategy and activation efforts. This role focuses on attracting talented game-changers to our business by creating compelling narratives that emphasize our organizational culture and encourage a sense of belonging among existing and future employees.
As the Employer Brand Manager in the Global Brand Team, you will interact with Senior Leadership, apply your critical and creative thinking skills to generate insights and become a trusted advisor to stakeholders around the world. Responsibilities:
- Global Employer Brand Strategy & Activation: Develop and implement a global employer brand strategy that resonates with diverse regional audiences, leveraging differentiated personas and positioning.
- Campaign Creation: Create impactful and relevant stories that capture the essence of our brand, tailored to attract new talent and engage our current workforce. Lead and analyze the effectiveness of employer brand campaigns through global and regional metrics.
- Collaboration with Regional Leads: Establish direct contact with regional Employer Brand (EB) and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to understand local needs and customize strategies accordingly.
- Experience Mapping: Ensure guidelines are in place and map all touchpoints where candidates and game-changers interact with our employer brand, enhancing the overall experience.
- Content and Refresh of Careers Website: Transform and manage the Career Website content into a dynamic global page that adapts to different regional needs, enhancing recruitment and engagement metrics. Refresh content periodically to ensure relevance and alignment with current branding strategies. Find opportunities to showcase our culture and attract candidates. Keep in contact with regions to support the website updates.
