Description:
BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO UK HAS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A GLOBAL EMPLOYER BRANDING INTERN IN GLOBE HOUSE, LONDON – FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (6 MONTHS)
We are looking for a candidate to support our Global Talent Acquisition team aiming at maintaining our reputation as a Top Employer through management of Employer Branding projects, and systems that support the business agenda. You’ll be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career with support at every stage of the process, including on-going feedback and coaching. An intern position can lead to a permanent position depending on your desire and future aspirations.
The role has a significant impact on the ways we represent ourselves as an employer to the outside world. By doing so the key impact of the role on the organization is an increased attractiveness of BAT which ultimately leads to a healthy talent pipeline.

- Manage digital touchpoints to activate our employer brand – in close cooperation with external agencies.
- Take part in organizing our global case study competition called Battle of Minds.
- Participate in projects enhancing the candidate experience.
- Development of internal training materials.
- Administrative support of the team.
