We are looking for our next Engineering Leader for the Global RadioPharma business segment, part of the Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography (MICT) Engineering team at GE HealthCare, with operations in Sweden and China. This role leads an engineering team responsible for RadioPharmaceutical Isotope production systems and processing solutions.
These systems and solutions play an increasingly important role in Oncology, Neurology, and Cardiology care pathways, enabling early and precise diagnosis for personalized treatment and therapy guidance. Our products impact the care of millions of patients daily and support cutting-edge medical research. GE HealthCare has been a leader in medical imaging history and continues to define the future of this essential work.
This role oversees all engineering efforts across Field, Factory, and Futures activities for the RadioPharma business segment. Specifically, the leader guides the team responsible for delivering successful Advanced Technology Development (ATD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, meeting key deliverables, driving end-to-end execution, achieving product quality targets, and ensuring business continuity through Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Service. This leader will work with product management teams, manufacturing, and sourcing to support customers and ensure customer operations uptime, manufacturing continuity, safety, quality, and cost.
This position requires a broad understanding of all products and technologies across the Radiopharma business, guiding the engineering team in solving technical problems in the field or factory, and shaping customer-needs-based and outcomes-driven global technology and innovation roadmaps for future products and solutions. The role demands acting on all matters related to the RadioPharma engineering department and program plans, within the boundaries defined for each program and the overall engineering budget. Participation in the GEHC business process, including World Wide Technology Planning (WWTP), World Wide Product Planning (WWPP), Long Term Strategy (LTS), and Annual Talent Review sessions, is essential.
