Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Guide and coach division and facility leaders to understand and embrace the enterprise safety strategy, including a focus on Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) and Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention.
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives across the division, with a hands-on approach that engages production employees and front-line leaders.
- Develop and deliver strategies and tools to continuously measure and improve Electric Power’s environmental, health & safety performance.
- Serve as divisional point of contact with corporate teams and across peer groups for training and best practice sharing.
