Phorest powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company.
We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Global Events & PR Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the marketing director, this position interfaces directly with the senior leadership team, the brand partnership team, the website manager and the regional marketing and leadership teams. This is a function that sits within the global marketing team however requires collaboration across all departments and functions throughout Phorest.
This role requires a confident event manager and strategic thinker who can deliver first class events to a global audience, showcasing Phorest as the best in class for growth. The candidate will lead and manage all aspects of the Salon Owners Summit whilst working closely with the Global Partnership Manager, creating new opportunities to help grow the business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual Phorest Summit event including 360 event management, budget management, comms and promotion and identifying commercial opportunities
- Support regions and their event and PR requirements/ initiatives
- Create a strategy for getting the Phorest brand out there through speaker opportunities & attendance at events etc
- Support on Partnership events. This is how we best access their audience. Campaigns create awareness but in person events create sales and revenue
- Working closely with the regional teams to maximise the impact of the partnership and the outbound budget
- Act as a liaison between our company and our partners, and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and work closely with the Event Sales Executive to ensure success of the event
