YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance; Master’s degree in Human Resources or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or other related areas in a global complex organization.Professional certification (CCP or GRP) is a plus.
  • Solid financial background with an understanding of legal, tax, and employment legislation topics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with, synthesize, and simplify large amounts of data.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the Performance Bonus Plan Framework (Short Term Incentive) development including the Sales Incentive Plan and oversee the global implementation.
  • Drive automatization of processes by working with HRIS and TR Partners on system development, including reviewing and updating bonus plans, managing IT systems, and monitor the annual target distribution and bonus calculation process.
  • Lead global compensation projects and initiatives, such as redesigning current or new compensation programs, in collaboration with the Global Head of TR and TR Managers.
  • Partner with Global HR Business Partners, National HR Managers, and Total Rewards (TR) Partners to enhance the plan design and employee incentivization in alignment with business needs.
  • Own the process of understanding and advising on bonus policies and schemes to internal stakeholders such as Business Leaders, Human Resources, Finance, and other cross-functional teams by providing analytical support and expert advice.
  • Maintain TR data quality for Top Management, prepare ad hoc and regular TR reports and provide compensation analysis including contract management processes for Top Management.
  • Analyze and provide compensation analysis and calculations for Top Management, lead contract management processes, and ensure TR data quality.
