The Senior Financial Analyst supports business analysis and metrics within JLL’s clients in a collaborative team environment. A clear communicator both verbal and written, organized with effective time management skills, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt, with the highest standards of behavior, collaborative manner and work ethic. We support business leaders with financial reporting, strategic decision making, forecasting and analysis. .

  • Complete and support regular and ad-hoc financial reporting including informal and formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
  • Support team’s efforts to develop efficient global financial reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity
  • Organize and maintain global team data collection, reporting and communication.
  • Consolidate and support global financial Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement and reporting
  • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting.
  • Monthly & quarterly global financial consolidation and reporting
  • Day to day reporting and forecasting activities
  • Maintain and enhance reporting
  • Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financial risks
  • Detailed forecast analysis including Budget versus Actual spending and Forecast verses Actual spending, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Annual and semi-annual budget planning preparation and development
  • Assist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with others to implement change
  • Forecast accuracy reporting
  • Other finance duties and tasks assigned.
  • Special projects and other functions as required by manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • CPA or CMA a plus
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Understanding and experience with accruals
  • JD Edward and PeopleSoft accounting system experience a plus
  • Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation
  • Ability to collaborate across many levels
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
  • Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills (across many levels levels)
  • Excellent level of customer service and business partnering skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned
