The primary purpose of the FLS Specialist role is to ensure seamless business operations by maintaining system functionality, guaranteeing the timely shipment of orders, and upholding high customer delivery service levels. This involves proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams to prevent and resolve issues that could disrupt the order fulfilment process.

Your key accountabilities include:
- Main IBM Liaison: Act as the primary contact for IBM, addressing system questions between the IBM and DHL systems.
- System Checks: Perform daily checks to ensure system integration are working properly.
- Account Overseeing: Manage user accounts, including setups, extensions, and password resets in various systems.
- Data Management: Oversee address updates and regular file maintenance with IBM.
- Validation: Conduct out-of-line validation and shipment corrections.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve system and shipment issues, open tickets as needed.
- Process Guidance: Answer operational queries and provide process advice.
- IT Support: Handle IT-related requests, primarily for end users.
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory teams for reconciliation and operational corrections that affect IBM. Apply best practices, provide input for modifications and improvements in administrative support processes and systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

- Experience of working in a matrix organisation with complex processes and procedures
- English, Spanish and Portugese essential.
