Description:
C.H. Robinson is seeking Global Forwarding Agents (GFA) to join our new Automotive Competency Center Branch! In this role, you’ll manage and operate the shipment lifecycle for complex and strategic accounts, serving as a key customer contact and subject matter expert.

As a Global Forwarding Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the entire shipment lifecycle for your assigned accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are met with accuracy and efficiency. Your duties will include executing and supervising tasks for each shipment, maintaining daily communication, generating reports, and managing emails. You will take full ownership of your accounts, driving their success through proactive and dedicated service.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of Global Forwarding experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong experience working with automotive accounts
