WHAT YOU’LL DO?

The Global Head of Indirect Purchasing will drive the overall results of all indirect purchasing activities globally, while ensuring their compliance to all applicable Veoneer Standards, particularly to the Indirect Purchasing sections of the Veoneer Sourcing and Purchasing Process (VSPP) and of our global Delegation of Authority.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Global Accountability: Oversee all Indirect Purchasing activities, results, and issue resolution globally.
• Leadership Representation: Represent Indirect Purchasing in the Veoneer Sourcing Leadership Team
• Financial Support: Assist in the company’s financial budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Performance Management: Manage global Indirect Purchasing, driving results in cost savings, cost avoidance, working capital, and supplier contract management.
• KPI Management: Establish and manage a clear KPI dashboard for Global Indirect Purchasing, updated regularly.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Indirect Purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with all Veoneer standards and relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies globally.
  Interaction: all other stakeholders in the company, especially but not limited to: Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations.
  Travel: May have to travel occasionally to other Veoneer sites or supplier sites internationally if needed.
