Responsibilities:

  • Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company’s overall business objectives, ensuring alignment with growth goals, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
  • M&A: Ensure due diligence and post-merger integration of M&A’s from IT and digital perspective.
  • IT Governance: Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Cybersecurity: Oversee the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity strategies and policies to protect the company’s digital assets, data, and information systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure the reliable and secure operation of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and software applications, while managing related costs and resources effectively.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key technology vendors, partners, and service providers, negotiating contracts, managing performance, and optimizing costs.
  • Data Strategy and Management: Oversee the development and execution of the company’s data strategy, ensuring data integrity, availability, and security while enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving desired business outcomes. Monitor and report on financial performance against the budget.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive the digital transformation agenda, leveraging technology to improve customer experience, , and create new business models and revenue streams.
  • Technology Innovation: Identify emerging technology trends and innovations that can provide a competitive advantage, recommending and implementing solutions that enhance business processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions that support the company’s strategic goals and operational requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure the team has the skills, tools, and resources to succeed.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to IT projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operation
