Responsibilities:

SAP’s Global Head of Learning (f/m/d) will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and implementation of SAP’s learning initiatives globally. This role will focus on creating an innovative, scalable, skills-based, data-driven, and learner-centric ecosystem, enabling employees to acquire functional, role-specific, technical, and professional skills critical for their current and future success at SAP. The role will centralize learning efforts across the organization, enhance learner experiences, and ensure enablement is aligned with SAP’s strategic goals.
SAP’s Global Head of Learning (f/m/d) will be a visionary thought leader, well-steeped in driving market leading innovation at scale. S/he will be responsible for leading a +200 employee organization currently structured within the following verticals: Regional Engagement, Career Acceleration, Programs & Data and Upskilling.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Learning Needs Analysis:
  • Identify learning needs based on SAP’s defined Skills Framework and Skills Assessments.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive learning portfolio to address these needs.
  1. Learning Development & Execution:
  • Manage the development of learning standards, formats, and methodologies aligned with the skills framework.
  • Oversee the execution of internal and outsourced learning programs, ensuring consistency and alignment with SAP’s learning objectives, including:
  • Compliance learning
  • Onboarding
  • Learning systems / product management
  • Expert development
  • Learning business partners / strategic consultants / key account managers who serve as SAP’s relationship management function with key company stakeholders
  1. Learning Innovation & Centralization:
  • In support of SAP’s move to a “skills hub” – an innovative new operating model for work and the workforce that places skills, more than jobs, at the center – establish a skills-based, data-driven, employee-centric model for Learning.
  • Drive the centralization of learning within SAP’s People & Culture (P&C) board area, ensuring coherence and alignment across the organization.
