Description:

- A deep technical engineering background to effectively lead the team in designing, implementing, and optimizing network solutions that seamlessly integrate on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud infrastructures.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as Code (IAC) practices across network operations in all environments
- Experience in Network Security
- Zero Trust Networking
- Software Defined networking
- Network segmentation
- Strong expertise in network automation tools and frameworks (such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for network infrastructur
Responsibilities:
A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
As our Head of Global Network Engineering, you will be accountable for ensuring the network infrastructure meets the highest standards of resilience, performance, and security, regardless of the underlying platform.
You will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the evolution of Computershare’s network infrastructure in an increasingly complex and cloud-centric environment.
Other key responsibilities:
· People management: You will have the ability to create a high performing team, by coaching, motivating, and supporting the people you lead. You will hold quality monthly 1:1s, create succession plans, monitor performance, along with supporting the learning and development of your employees. You will be there to give advice, mentor and pass on knowledge.
· Financial Planning, tracking and reporting
· Facilitate and negotiates agreements amongst multiple stakeholders
· Uses data analytics and business intelligence from multiple sources to inform product strategy and roadmap
· Owns the implementation of global network policies and deployment patterns
