Job Responsibilities :

Community programs

  • Create and implement a comprehensive array of global community programs aligned with RazerStore’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify key community trends and insights to continuously optimize engagement and traffic at RazerStore.
  • Act as RazerStore brand representative in the gaming communities, embodies company’s values and vision.

Community events

  • Design, plan, and coordinate global community events, tournaments, and initiatives at RazerStore.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns best practices leading up to community events to generate excitement and anticipation.
  • Leverage social media, influencers, and other channels to create buzz and drive participation.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all community touchpoints.

Event planning and execution

  • Develop comprehensive calendar of global RazerStore community events, including tournaments, meet and greet, live streams, watch parties and exclusive product launches.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, considering logistics, technical requirements, budget, and community engagement.

Reach and partnership

  • Closely work with Global Marketing teams to strengthen collaboration with gaming influencers and content creators.
  • Forge strategic partnership with universities, gaming club, esports organization to amplify the reach and impact of community events at RazerStore.

Reward community program

  • Design and implement reward programs for community members participating in events, fostering a sense of loyalty and appreciation.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to create exclusive in-game items, merchandise, or other incentives for active community involvement.

Social media

  • Manage the RazerStore social media, ensuring consistent and positive engagement with the gaming community.
  • Implement SOPs to respond community feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Encourage and amplify user-generated content that show cases the community’s experiences with our gaming hardware at RazerStore.

Social and post event analysis

  • Conduct thorough post-event analysis, including attendee feedback, viewership metrics, and social media impressions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in community management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing community strategies.
  • In depth understanding of gaming culture, trend, and the gaming hardware market.
  • Familiarity with popular gaming platforms, titles, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complexes ideas effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in social media platforms and community engagement tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven leadership skills in leading a team.
  • Ability to guide cross functional teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate community events and initiatives.
