Responsibilities:

An established, globally-recognized financial data and research firm is seeking a driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead their expanding global team. With a strong foundation in providing top-tier data and research solutions to the buy-side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the performance of both new business development and account management teams, focused on selling data and research solutions to investment management clients worldwide.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the organization’s growth objectives, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key buy-side clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them leverage research and data to make informed investment decisions.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals across various markets, fostering a high-performance culture and providing coaching to support individual and team development.
