YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources in a multi-matrix organization, preferably in a global or regional CoE role, with at least 2 years leadership experience. Or similar experience from working in an international consultancy in the field of Talent Development
- Extensive experience in leading global talent strategies across multiple regions, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change management efforts with a focus on cultural transformation, engagement, and process excellence
- Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships from regional teams to global executives, ensuring alignment and collaboration at all levels
- Passion for innovation with the ability to bring fresh perspectives into talent management practices
- Proven ability to lead through data, translating global talent metrics into actionable strategies that drive organizational success
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse global teams
- Advanced skills in HR technologies and analytics tools with strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and additional languages is a significant advantage

- Global Talent Leadership: Define, manage, and lead the global talent strategy, ensuring alignment with Henkel’s overall business strategy and organizational priorities
- Strategic Global Initiatives: Drive the design and implementation of future-oriented, innovative talent initiatives that promote employee development, engagement, and long-term retention
- High-Potential Employee Development: Develop and implement global talent management strategies to ensure the identification, development, and retention of high-potential employees across regions
- Succession Planning Frameworks: Design succession planning frameworks that build a strong talent pipeline to ensure business continuity and leadership readiness
- Skills Management Frameworks: Design and manage global skills management frameworks, aligning employee development with future business needs and industry trends
- Critical Role Identification: Collaborate with leadership to identify critical roles and create tailored development plans for succession candidates
- Monitoring Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management strategies to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives and regional workforce requirements
- Senior Leadership Collaboration: Partner with executive teams, HR leadership, and regional stakeholders to identify and address key talent needs, ensuring the organization’s capability to meet future business challenges
- Expert Guidance & Leadership: Provide strategic direction and expert leadership on talent development for global HR teams and business leaders
- Continuous Innovation & Improvement: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of talent programs, ensuring they remain cutting-edge by integrating industry trends and innovations
