EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience of at least 3 years and a minimum of 10 years in digital marketing, including extensive expertise in performance marketing. Ideally in a global role
- Accountable for managing a substantial marketing budget, ensuring allocation to strategic initiatives supporting TOEFL’s commercial growth.
- Proficiency in upgrading MarTech stack and tools, showcasing adeptness with modern technologies.
- Background in fast-growth, high-volume digital-first businesses or online marketplaces encompassing both B2B and B2C environments.
- Track record of leading global marketing strategies.
- Strong data proficiency and exceptional analytical skills.
- Proven experience in performance marketing disciplines such as PPC, SEO, paid search, social marketing, and digital marketing
- Familiarity with lead generation tools including Hubspot, Apollo, Marketo, and Outreach.io.
- Outstanding presentation abilities with confidence in addressing senior executives.
- Implemented successful programs for ongoing testing and measurement across the department.
- Possesses an innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial inclination.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or associated concentrations, MBA strongly preferred.
- 13+ years of demonstrated success leading teams (on-site and remote) both directly and in a matrix-based environment.
