PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERTISE/EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced Education: An MBA or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Digital and Technological Expertise: Experience implementing and leveraging digital tools for transport management, such as TMS systems, route optimization software, and real-time tracking tools. Knowledge of emerging technologies in the transportation space, including AI-driven analytics and predictive tools for decision-making and optimization.
- Cultural Competence and Global Mindset: A global mindset, with experience managing and leading cross-cultural teams in multiple regions. Ability to navigate complex regulatory, operational, and cultural landscapes across diverse markets.
