YOUR IMPACT AT MUFG

You will focus on analysing and interpreting data across the employee lifecycle, providing reviews from recruitment to resignation. This includes responding to data inquiries from key stakeholders and implementing processes that help transform business questions into fact-based analyses and actionable recommendations. You will also support workforce planning and help the global organisation understand and use its data to make decisions about human capital and the global HR strategy.
You’ll have opportunity to build HR analytics products, present it to key stakeholders and gain exposure to wider Global HR communities. You will work with data from Workday and external data and use Anaplan and Power BI as tools.
We’re looking for a team member with expertise in the HR field, excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities:

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

Skills and experience:

Essential

  • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/ Data Management/ Finance /Analytics
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English are required.
  • Pro-active approach and ability to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to partner with stakeholders. Serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong visualisation skills and ability to clearly and concisely present analytical findings with recommendations.
  • Experience creating Excel and Power BI reports and working with large data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability in an agile and culturally aware manner.
  • Strong presentation, strong persuasion, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of core data protection requirements.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience with Anaplan or other analytical tools is preferred.
  • Managing stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
