THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Global HR Business Partner to join our exceptional HR team at Envision Pharma Group. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders to drive key HR initiatives across talent management, employee/labor relations, performance management, and organizational development.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide and support leaders in fostering employee engagement, building leadership capabilities, and implementing strategic HR programs. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping a positive work culture, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall success of our growing global organization.

Responsibilities:

How will you make an impact in this great role?

  • Partner with managers and business leaders to provide HR support and coaching on people management challenges.
  • Guide managers through performance management, including informal and formal processes, and create effective performance improvement plans.
  • Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution, sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinaries.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with the wider HR team.
  • Lead and support HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and add value to business growth.
  • Contribute to the annual salary review and bonus process, offering input and recommendations on compensation decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to analyze key people metrics, providing insights to support hiring and retention strategies.
  • Develop people strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Help leaders identify and nurture talent, creating career-defining opportunities for employees.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering open conversations and an inclusive work environment.
  • Analyze employee engagement survey data and support action plans to drive improvement.
