For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global HR Team, supporting on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Development and Learning. You will have the opportunity to work on full scope projects, where you will play a key role from start to end.Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?   • Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to specific talent groups.
  • Conduct research on strategic partners to support recruitment efforts and collaborate closely with other cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and KPIs to support team objectives and measure the effectiveness of various initiatives.

Responsibilities:
