Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is part of the Global HR Operations team, which encompasses HR Shared Services, Mobility, Process Excellence and People Insights. The team provides support to all offices and is responsible for carrying out a wide range of services and processes across all aspects of HR Operations.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

  • Coordinate HR audit requests with internal global and regional HR teams to deliver the necessary evidence by expected timeline
  • Maintain organised records to support audit readiness and compliance activities
  • Assist in conducting periodic reviews of auditable HR processes to ensure alignment with global standardsAssist in mapping Global HR processes, supporting the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency within HR Operations
  • Assist in updating Global HR procedures to support global policies and process alignment, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Partner with global and regional HR teams to coordinate initiatives and facilitate smooth execution and alignment of Global HR processes


    • Prepare and deliver ad hoc HR data reports for business stakeholders
