GLOBAL HRIS ANALYST
Remote, Canada- Must sit in Eastern Timezone
The Global HRIS Analyst is a crucial team member, who will play a crucial role in the implementation and launch of our Dayforce Ceridian HRIS platform for Natus, Neuro. In this role, you’ll utilize a global lens to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of our HR data. You will generate reports and insights to guide strategic decisions, and collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Benefits, and Global Payroll Teams to enhance the functionality and user experience of our HRIS system.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices, and their relevance to HRIS functionality and data.
- Extensive experience in implementing and integrating HR systems.
- 3-5 years of recent experience administering the Dayforce global platform.
- Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection/privacy regulations.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and SQL.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and management levels.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- 5-7 years of HRIS experience, including technical support. Familiarity with Oracle HCM, Taleo, and other HR administration tools is highly desirable.
- Experience implementing an HRIS platform and consolidating external systems is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global HRIS Manager team to ensure the successful implementation and launch of the HRIS platform, ensuring that technology aligns with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems, researching and assessing technology needs, identifying process improvements, and delivering solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the HRIS system, focusing on modules such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance, compensation, learning, and succession.
- Configure and customize the HRIS system to adapt to the organization’s evolving needs, including workflows, forms, fields, rules, and permissions, while collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate the impact of changes.
- Research and assess new features and enhancements of the HRIS system, recommending and implementing solutions to improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and business goals, including headcount, turnover, retention, performance, compensation, and benefits.
- Provide training and guidance to HR and other users on effective and efficient use of the HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, regulations, and best practices in data management and governance.
- Work with the Global HRIS Manager on system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
