Global HSSE Analyst

SHIFTS:

• 8AM - 5PM and 3PM to 12AM (alternate months)
• Remote (with ONCE a month office/onsite meetings and whenever required)
  This is an exciting role for the right candidate that can bring together, an eye for detail, in supporting the HSSE function, using their technical experience together with collaboration with the wider HSSE team to both identify and deliver meaningful analyst support that meets JLL Objectives. This role has visibility to global senior levels within the firm therefore the ability to communicate effectively in both written and in person is critical.

As a part of the Work Dynamics Global HSSE Centre of Excellence team, the successful candidate will be accountable for HSSE analyst support for global, regional & local teams as part of an effective Global Work Dynamics HSSE platform.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have:

• Exceptional ability to review HSSE policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Advanced HSSE analytical abilities.
• Ability to accurately complete and update HSSE information on software systems etc.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ensured an appropriate and efficient escalation when needed
• Effective administration and analytical skills.

The Global HSSE Analyst will provide support to the Work Dynamics HSSE CoE Lead and Regional and Global HSSE leader in achieving consistent and standardised administration and analyst support.
The Global HSSE Analyst will also work closely with Centre of Excellence colleagues as well as Regional HSSE Leads and Operations Team SME’s to ensure effective support to day-to-day HSSE operations.

The key objectives of the role-

• Work collaboratively with HSSE and other functional teams
• Ensure HSSE documentation and administration updates are managed effectively
• Work with HSSE subject matter experts to develop JLL-specific HSSE documents.
• Format, review and edit HSSE documents to conform to required templates
• Assist with review of documents and media for new clients, accounts, or organization transitions.
