Description:
Responsibilities:
- have technical degree (bachelor or master degree in chemistry or engineering)
- have a minimum of 10 years’ working experience in the industrial industry
- are experienced in English and fluent in German (in written and verbal form)
- have a result- and value driven mindset
- are experienced in managing global and cross-functional teams without hierarchical responsibility
- have the agility to react and adapt to changing situations
- can manage complexity and opposite interests and sufficiently understand cross-impacts with other fields
- have in depth knowledge in the field of managing an organization regarding all relevant HSSEQ matters
- can work independently according to set guidelines, acquire approval in case of deviations, guide less skilled colleagues and offer actively trainings to support
- are proactively build, maintain, and convince (relations with) internal and external stakeholders
- initiate and conceptualize new solutions to meet future HSSEQ requirement
