Description
As Global IMS Certification Manager, you will be part of Business Unit High Voltage (BU PGHV) and reporting to the BU Quality Method Manager High Voltage. Your main and first responsibility is the development and roll out of a BU wide IMS Certificate (including ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001). You will be the interface to global Certification Body, coordinate with over 60 legal entities within Business Unit High Voltage around the globe and maintain ISO requirements like internal audits or management reviews.
You join a strong and diverse global Quality Team. As part of it, you have the chance to influence the Quality Culture within BU PGHV, by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. You implement and maintain the Quality Management System of the BU PGHV and assure that it is deployed throughout the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve a strong Quality Management System (QMS) for BU PGHV according to ISO and global standards; coordinate and roll out the QMS for PGHV on a global level
  • Interface to HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) community and ensure the ISO 14001 and 45001 standards are met
  • Single point of contact to the global Certification Body to develop a multisite IMS Certificate for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
  • Coordinate internal and external audits with HV units (60+ units worldwide)
  • Ensure Management Reviews and other ISO requirements are done to maintain the global multisite certificate
  • Ensure non-conformities and best practices are shared with all HV units
  • Work together and support local quality functions to ensure usage of the IMS with a strong focus on Quality
