GLOBAL INFLUENCER & PR MANAGER – ADIDAS

Location: Amsterdam.
Coty is further building our global advocacy team in which you will play a crucial role as Global Influencer & PR manager for Adidas. Together with your passionate colleagues from all over the world, you will work on driving engagement and consideration of the adidas brand through influencer-led campaigns. Campaigns that initiate conversation, are culturally relevant, creatively cutting through, and effectively raise adidas profile and image within Bodycare & Fragrance categories.

Responsibilities:

As our Global Influencer & PR manager for Adidas you will ensure positive development of Adidas sentiment and business through digital Influencer Marketing as well as traditional, Digital & Social PR. You will develop and execute Adidas’s influencer marketing & PR activations and consumer experiences, across all touchpoints and markets. You will drive the conversation on the latest influencer marketing trends, will manage relationships, platforms, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Your main focus: Build a global influencer strategy for the brand guided from the most effective tools to identify, recruit, execute and measure influencer marketing success. Act as a thought-leader in the arena of Influencer Marketing & PR, to provide guidance to internal & external stakeholders to develop breakthrough and integrated communication concepts. Identify opportunities to connect Influencers and journalists to our brand through content creation, activations, campaign, seedings, etc. Build an influencer/brand ambassador network, identify, and engage with influencers/partners who align with our target audience and design partnership strategies to achieve business goals. Develop and execute integrated creative influencer, PR and digital ideas across multiple markets, cultures and social platforms as part of an effective content strategy across the adidas categories. Support on digital content development to serve a holistic & consistent consumer journey. Define ways of working and processes with internal & external stakeholders, to ensure efficient workflows and impactful activations across the markets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities. Analyze business needs and evolving media & influencer landscape to create plans that raise adidas profile across a variety of media outlets and platforms. Monitor and manage financial resources, talent negotiations, contracts, campaign performance, ROI and more. Budget ownership for IM & PR related activities, incl. PO set up & invoicing as well as support on PO set up and budget tracking of total adidas Equity budget.

In your role, you will work closely with several departments such as Global Media, Ecomm, Corporate Comms, product teams, agency partners and will be a vital part of the Global adidas brand team. In the Equity team you will work hand in hand with the Senior Manager and report to the Equity & Consumer Engagement Director.
