We have great opportunity in our Global Supply Chain team as Global Inventory Lead who will lead the agenda to setup global standards for processes to deliver our inventory performance ambition .
Being part of the Global Supply Planning Team, this is a pivotal role between all parts of the supply chain from suppliers to the customers for delivering the plans that offers the optimal end-to-end benefit for Friesland Campina. The role also leads the change on the transformation of the supply chain in processes, systems and organisation to deliver Friesland Campina’s 2030 ambition.

What will be in your role coverage:
- The role is part of the Global Supply Planning team which resides within the Global Plan & Logistics team.
- Your responsibility will be development, execution and continuous improvement of Inventory Management processes across global FrieslandCampina network
- Delivering net sales of €13bn+ yearly from 7 Business Groups across 50+countries
- Produced in 50+ sites globally
- With 7500+ SKU’s and 10000+ Raw & Packaging Materials
- €1.7Bn inventory on hand.
- You will be responsible to monitor and secure the execution of Performance + program in the context of Net Working Capital benefits delivery of €500 million by the end of 2026. You will play a global role for the inventory improvement initiatives,
- You will lead the standardisation of planning processes for inventory parameters for optimal FrieslandCampina benefit. To do that you will also lead the implementation of End-to-End Optimisation of Planning Parameters Project using a standard tool and make it a sustainable standard way of working for the global network.
- In your role you will be the global key role holder in feeding portfolio optimisation opportunities fed by the supply planning teams using the scenario analysis methods in supply planning.
- Main performance indicators for the role are distributed across the service to our customers, optimal cash position on inventory, supporting the best cost to serve by supporting the efficient use of supply network and minimizing the waste on products.
- And the role is responsible for capability build across the planning teams for delivering world class inventory management processes.
