Are you an experienced investment controller with a background in the automotive sector? Our client is looking for a Global Investment Controller to join their Business Control team, focusing on both tangible and intangible assets. This role offers an opportunity to contribute your financial expertise and work closely with cross-functional global teams.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally within global teams
Skilled in interpreting and communicating financial information to stakeholders, including non-finance
Able to prioritize tasks, manage ad hoc requests, and work both independently and within a team
Flexible and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Capex Reporting: Oversee consolidated capex reporting, including actuals, forecasts, and business planning, with support from programs to align balance sheet timing and cash flow
Vendor Tooling Control: Manage vendor tooling, ensuring correct ordering, classification, and follow-up on asset activation, depreciation periods, and scrapping
Process Development: Design and implement robust processes for capex planning and reporting
Team Collaboration: Play an active role in enhancing the controlling team’s development
Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide analysis as needed to support business initiatives
