• Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of SAP and MS Office.
• Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency.

• Global Cost Management: Oversee and manage costs across all entities worldwide, ensuring accurate planning and reporting.
• Financial Planning: Develop and manage annual operating plans, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
• Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with plant managers, functional leaders, and various stakeholders to provide insights into current and future financial status.
• Risk Identification: Identify and address issues impacting forecasts, such as inflation, manufacturing strategies, supplier changes, and new products.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve forecasting processes and financial reporting accuracy.
• Payroll Coordination: Align with HR and payroll teams to resolve compensation and benefits issues and ensure accurate headcount monitoring.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present clear and precise financial information to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Documentation and Analysis: Maintain thorough documentation of assumptions, forecasts, and financial reports, using advanced data analysis tools.
