EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrate expertise and global operational HR experience from HR operations, analytics, Workforce Management, or related activity.
  • Ability to demonstrate working across a global matrix, and leading complex projects.
  • Experience from consulting, facilitating, and presenting to groups and leaders at all organizational levels including executive level.
  • Ability to effectively operate in an environment of change and able to work with ambiguity and transformation.
  • Positive and collaborative mindset, analytical, creative, and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Business and commercial acumen coupled with results orientation
  • Experience from working with analytics, reporting and data consolidation
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to create partnerships to implement change; consistently displays a readiness and willingness to share knowledge; is open to different perspectives and to building consensus
  • Believes in and champions the Securitas values and actively works to develop a culture of inclusion & diversity

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:HR DATA & ANALYTICS

  • In close collaboration with Global IT, drive improvements of global reporting standards “common people data models” and support improved Group People reporting and analytics
  • You will also lead our efforts in better leveraging People data and Peopleanalytics to drive continuous improvement in people-related processes, programs, and decision-making
  • Further develop and update our newly established People Dashboard & People KPI’s, including continues People OKR reporting

ROLE, TEAM AND LOCATION

In this role, you are a member of the Group People & Culture team, reporting to the Vice President of Group People & Culture, based in Stockholm.
As this is a hybrid global role, you can be based in any of our key locations across the Securitas divisions; however, in-office working is expected. A certain amount of international travel is also expected from time to time. Initially, this role will not have any direct reports.
