About you: The Access Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Leader Enablement Lead to join our team. This role is crucial to our mission of empowering sales leaders with the tools, strategies, and insights they need to drive success in a rapidly evolving sales landscape. As the first dedicated member of the global enablement team focusing on sales leaders, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and define what sales leader enablement looks like at The Access Group, from the ground up. Day-to-day, you will be: Build and Define Sales Leader Enablement: As the first in this role, you will have the autonomy to design, build, and deliver a comprehensive sales leader enablement strategy that aligns with The Access Group’s vision and goals. Develop and Implement Enablement Strategies: Create and execute effective enablement programs tailored to sales leaders, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources to excel. Roll Out and Reinforce Sales Methodologies: Develop and implement frameworks and methodologies that drive consistency and effectiveness across the sales organization. Conversational Intelligence Tools: Coach sales leaders on the use and integration of conversational intelligence tools, enhancing their ability to engage with clients and drive sales performance. Build the Sales Leader Enablement Playbook: Create a comprehensive playbook that outlines best practices, coaching techniques, and leadership strategies specific to The Access Group’s needs. Stakeholder Management at the C-Level: Engage with and manage relationships with C-level executives, bringing a valuable perspective and ensuring alignment and buy-in for enablement initiatives. Presentation and Training Delivery: Be a strong presenter, capable of owning the room and delivering impactful training sessions that resonate with sales leaders. Understand Sales Leaders’ Needs: Stay ahead of industry trends and understand the evolving requirements of sales leadership in 2024, ensuring our leaders are well-prepared for the future. Hands-On Approach: Be someone who enjoys building and is ready to roll up their sleeves to get things done, driving tangible results. Coaching and Mentoring: Develop programs that empower sales leaders to be exceptional coaches for their teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proven experience in sales leader enablement, with a deep understanding of the sales function. • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at a C-level, bringing valuable insights and perspectives. • Experience in building and implementing sales leader enablement playbooks or similar frameworks. • Strong ability to roll out and reinforce sales methodologies effectively. • Comfortable coaching sales leaders in the use of conversational intelligence tools. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire an audience. • Strong knowledge of current and future sales leadership requirements, with the ability to translate this knowledge into effective enablement programs. • A passion for coaching and the ability to enable sales leaders to become effective coaches themselves. • A proactive, hands-on approach with a desire to build and make a significant impact.
