Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES:
Deployment Responsibilities
- Schedule, facilitate and evaluate leadership and change management offering to global audiences that are approved with global P&C and business stakeholders.
- Schedule, facilitate and evaluate leadership and change management offering train-the-trainer sessions with Area and Frontline colleagues responsible for facilitating offering in their geographies.
- Drive consistent global leadership and change management outcomes by advising Area and Frontline L&D colleagues how to contextualize global offering to meet local culture, learner and business needs.
- Where required, support vendors and RTO’s retained by Area and Frontlines to deliver aligned content and outcomes to global leadership and change management and business strategy.
- Build, support and nurture a Leadership Trainer Community that focuses on developing the facilitation and domain capabilities of our internal trainers to deliver impactful leadership learning experiences.
- Oversee the running of the regular leadership trainer community and network meetings.
- Drive engagement with the Leadership trainer community Teams channel creating an online community that supports and collaborates with each other to improve the delivery of Leadership programs.
- Manage the members of the network ensuring there is a current view of active members.
- Provide support to the change practitioner network to ensure they are up-to-date with current global change management learning offering and are equipped to support scaling deployment to the areas and frontlines
General Responsibilities
- Advocate and promote the global leadership offering while role modeling the leadership principles and competencies.
- Collaborate with global KONE change management business owners to drive competence development, improving change management maturity across the business.
- Contribute ideas and feedback from delivery teams on how to improve the offering to deliver defined outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership trainer, change management practitioner networks and AskHR to maintain Workday Learning data hygiene according to agreed common process and data quality requirement.
- Partner with leadership trainer and change practitioner networks to ensure there is discipline in capturing and recording learning evaluation according to global process and data quality requirements.
- Keep up to date with learning, leadership and change management research and trends to provide input to drive continuous improvement of global offering
- Explore, implement and promote the use of new digital learning methods in own responsibility area (e.g. mobile learning, gamification, VR, MOOCs).
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- L&D background either from Unit HR or L&D Centre of Expertise or L&D Services roles, minimum 3 years of professional experience in a learning and development role.
- Knowledge of all L&D disciplines (Instructional Design, Facilitation, Adult Learning Principles, Learning Evaluation).
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced leadership experience and capability.
- Ability to effectively identify leadership capability development opportunities and effectively communicate the commercial value of relevant learning interventions to business stakeholders.
- Proven track record of organizing and facilitating leadership and change management training programs for mid-level managers and experience in train-the-trainer sessions.
- Intermediate to advance level of Change Management experience
- Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification preferred
- Awareness of capabilities needed to work cross cultures in a global matrix organization; excellent collaboration and business partnering skills across diverse cultural in multiple geographies.
- Solid understanding of learning assessment and evaluation.
- Solid understanding of learning and development trends and a genuine interest to grow into expertise area.
- Proactive way of working with ability to work independently, advanced level of facilitation skills.
- Ability to travel on business occasionally
