Description:

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Human Resources team in Krailling (partly remote/hybrid working possible).

Your Mission

  • Develop and deliver a cutting-edge learning portfolio for personal, team, and leadership growth
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning with creative and impactful development initiatives
  • Lead and implement key talent and leadership processes, from selection and assessment to succession planning and placement
  • Partner with centers of excellence in Recruiting, Technical Training, Transformation, DEI, and ESG
  • Provide strategic insights on process improvement, organizational design, and change management
  • Drive and embody our EOS values, leading by example and fostering a positive work culture

Your Talents

  • University degree organizational psychology, organizational development, or a related field
  • Progressive experience in Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development (OD) functions
  • Ability to operate independently with a strong problem-solving and can-do attitude
  • Proven success in driving self and others towards meaningful outcomes in a solution-oriented, pragmatic manner
  • Successful track record in leadership coaching and high-performing team development
  • Business fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
