Description:
Revvity is currently looking for JR-039732 Global Learning and Development Project Manager to our location in Turku.
The Turku Site, with over 500 employees, represents one of Revvity’s major manufacturing and product development sites for newborn, maternal fetal health, and prenatal screening. As the global market leader in newborn screening, our solutions have tested over 700 million babies worldwide for life-threatening diseases.
The position covers:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with a secondary degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing projects required, related to Learning or Talent management preferred
- Deep knowledge of Life Sciences industry required; knowledge of regulatory industry requirements related to learning preferred
- Excellent presentation skills, allowing for ability to deliver virtual and/or in-person training to internal audiences, as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while delivering projects on time.
- Must be detail-oriented, motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, while demonstrating a positive attitude focused on finding solutions.
- Experience with both a Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) strongly preferred
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word required, experience using Power BI preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment
- Fluent in Finish and English required.
