YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Drive & Boldness – Being able to work through challenging obstacles at speed and identify innovative/creative solutions to problems.
- You live and breathe product management . You understand the product lifecycle from creation to completion - but know when our learning solutions need a refresh to stay relevant. You have a strong track record in the design-thinking approach to ensure an effective approach from define to run and refine.
- As a great problem solver , you can take the lead on creating the right solutions and be able to spot where and when you might need to implement a suitable strategy. You have at least a decade’s experience of developing leadership development solutions for senior leaders (VPs) and senior/middle managers, which have been based on strategic business requirements.
- Being agile is one of your key skills - whether that means working across several projects at once.
- Change management is second nature. You know how to effect change by implementing strategies that help people adapt to those changes in order to achieve their desired learning outcomes.
- You are a strategic thinker and able to understand and interpret data to create insights for stakeholders and demonstrate our value to the wider business. You have experience of preparing and planning a leadership development strategy review and refresh.
- You understand the concept of empathy mapping so our learning solutions are contextual to the target audience, and can be easily adopted.
- Building and maintaining good stakeholder relationships and managing expectations is one of your key attributes. You have experience of creating presentations and proposals for executive and senior leaders to inform, update and enable input and decisions.
- You understand our business processes and the specific operations under the Capgemini University remit such as sales, leadership and talent, EM, Architects, GSIP and Portfolio. You’ve had experience of supporting a consistent approach to governance .

YOUR ROLE
A Learning Portfolio Director has the power to transform minds, skill sets, and careers. You inspire transformation in others by being masters of our craft, delivering remarkable experiences and earning unwavering loyalty from your business sponsors.
As a Portfolio Director in the leadership space, you will be responsible for creating programs and experiences with high impact by scoping the learning objectives, understanding the business need, and providing analysis and strategy support.
You play a key role in transforming our leadership learning portfolio to align it to our talent strategy to grow a solid and strong leadership pipeline across the Group.
You can consider yourself as a product manager of a set of Leadership learning solutions that ranges from managerial skills programs to top talent programs to leadership masterclasses, including the leadership development approach and offers for our vice presidents. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of your learning solution.
More generally, you will be directly responsible/accountable for:
