About the job
The main mission of the Learning Engagement and Communication Manager is to drive learner engagement and enhance the user experience through strategic communication and continuous improvement of the learning portal.
Main responsibilities:

Learner Communications and Engagement Lead:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance learner engagement.
  • Create and manage communication campaigns to promote learning initiatives.
  • Regularly gather and analyze feedback to improve communication effectiveness.

Portal Redesign for Better User Experience (UEx):

  • Continuously assess and redesign the learning portal to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement improvements.
  • Monitor user interactions and make data-driven decisions to enhance portal functionality.

Launch, Communication Plan, and Ongoing Activation of Docebo Content:

  • Plan and execute the launch of Docebo Content, ensuring a smooth rollout.
  • Develop communication plans to promote new learning plans and content.
  • Regularly update and activate curated learning plans to keep content fresh and relevant.

Drive Monthly Repeat Learning Rate on Portal:

  • Implement strategies to encourage continuous learning and repeat visits to the portal.
  • Track and analyze learning metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create engaging learning paths that motivate learners to return regularly.

Activate Learning Paths:

  • Ensure the design and implementation structured learning paths that align with organizational goals, working together with the L&D Managers.
  • Ensure learning paths are accessible and engaging for all employees.
  • Monitor progress and adjust learning paths based on feedback and performance data.

Launch Docebo for Mobile:

  • Oversee the launch of the mobile version of Docebo, ensuring it meets user needs.
  • Develop a communication plan to promote the mobile app and its benefits.
  • Gather user feedback to continuously improve the mobile learning experience.

What you know
You are a passionate L&D professional with at least 5 years of experience in employee engagement & communication, preferably in a multinational environment. You have a deep knowledge of managing learning programs and driving engagement.. You have experience in LMS and UX/UI design or working closely with design teams to enhance user experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or Project Management is a plus.

You have strong communication, Project Management and Analytical Skills.
You are very creative person and a good team player, loyal, with good interpersonal skills and who likes to work in a diverse team. Excellent in verbal and written English.
