• Administer and manage workflow of needed changes to inbound licensing contracts for regulatory compliance.
• Understand applicable regulatory requirements.
• Advise and educate third party partners and vendors of needed regulatory contract terms.
• Negotiate contract amendment terms with partners and vendors as necessary, in close cooperation with internal stakeholders including legal, inbound licensing team, partner managers, etc.
• Prepare risk summaries for deviations from standard.
• Support other operational activities and projects as may be assigned.
