Do you want to work in a fast paced, dynamic Finance Team? Do you enjoy Management Account preparation / reporting and making an impact by working closely with cross functional teams?
We are currently seeking a Global Management Accountant who will be responsible for Preparation of Global Management Accounts, including Leases, Deferred Revenue, Capitalised Commissions, Long Term Liabilities, Corporate Current Account, P&L and Balance Sheet Analysis and Review.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WE’LL GET YOU DOING:

  • Prepare and/or review monthly account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with company policy, review, investigate, and resolve accounting errors, discrepancies, and reconciling items.
  • Complete summaries, supplementals and reports as needed.
  • Execute specific analysis and transactions (i.e., leases, deferred revenue, capitalized commissions, fixed assets, corporate current account)
  • Analyze accounts, understand where adjustments are needed and prepare journal entries, and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Prepare the monthly close process and related activities within the established timeline.
  • Contribute to the preparation of fiscal deadlines in collaboration with external auditors. Lead the collection of documents for Internal and External Audits.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation to streamline accounting operations and improve the quality of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, and internal controls.
  • Maintain strong communication with all business partners and effectively collaborate with the team by focusing on delivering results with good quality and on time.

HERE IS WHAT SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Knowledge/experience of computer-based accounting packages (NetSuite experience is desirable)
  • Relevant management accounting/reporting experience, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Newly/Part Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Advanced Excel User
  • A problem solver with exceptional analytical abilities, outstanding attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
