YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in finance or economics
- Basic Insurance and risk management qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks with good sense for urgency and attention to details
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with operational processes related to insurance is preferred
- Fluency in English - additional languages will be an asset
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
The responsibilities of the Global Marine & Non-Marine Insurance Specialist include managing and providing administrative support for corporate insurance programs, overseeing policy documentation, certificate issuance, and value declarations. The specialist analyzes customer policies, prepares tenders for policy renewals, secures insurance offers, and presents offer comparisons. Additionally, they maintain and develop client relationships to enhance retention and income growth, support claims processing, and collaborate on creating innovative credit insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be responsible for assisting marine and nonmarine insurance program managers to support the customer portfolio, premium collections, commission payment follow-up
- Provide administrative support to the clients and prepare all required information necessary for setting up new policies, submissions, renewals or maintaining policy records according to local procedures and guidelines.
- Daily support and contact with insurers regarding claims, risk management, underwriting and other teams to bring best service to the client.
- Attend meetings with insurers and clients for renewal discussions, annual meetings for better customer retention.
- Support the entire SGI Team in respect of marketing and web/content management
- Attending broker / Insurer events or conferences and webinars for maintaining the image of Nacora on the market and expanding the know-how and expertise constantly.
- Continuously update and streamline support services to keep the process efficient.
- Supporting Sales with complex tenders and special customers solutions.
- Identifyand support development of business opportunities for additional sales ofservices and products.
- Assist in branch/BU´s trainings on all corporate insurance related topics and reporting
- To support and contribute to the IT development of NACORA operated insurance or claims systems in terms of reporting tools and interfaces.
