DESCRIPTION
The Global Marketing Director, reporting directly to the CMO, will lead all global campaigns on core assortment, innovations, seasonal moments as well as major local moments and ensure brand consistency across all regions.
In charge of partnering closely with the regional teams to bring to life the go-to-market strategy for the brand. This position necessitates a dynamic individual capable of translating overarching brand and innovation strategies into tangible external growth opportunities.
Collaboration is at the core of this role, requiring seamless interaction with various cross-functional departments such as Brand, Education, Creative, and international teams. This person is instrumental in driving the brand’s presence and success in the competitive skincare industry.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- 15+ years of related business experience.
- 8+ years prior experience in Global Marketing in skincare.
- Having worked across multiple regions – USA, UK, EMEA, ASIA.
- 2+ years prior experience managing a team.
- Experience working collaboratively with Brand, Creative, and Education departments as well as Regions.
- Experience successfully launching and managing new product, repulse, campaign focusing on core, seasonal and local moments through the entire life cycle.
- Experience briefing and managing external creative agencies to bring creative concepts to life.
- Proactive, ability to self-manage projects, ability to overcome obstacles independently.
- Presentation skills: ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through persuasive presentations.
