Description:

GLOBAL MARKETING DIRECTOR

The Global Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with a keen understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, optimize the overall marketing performance, and drive lead generation through effective Salesforce implementation and process improvement. Additionally, the role will have a strong focus on New Product Introductions (NPIs).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other marketing automation tools.
  • Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition.
  • Ability to lead groups and be decisive.
  • Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.
  • Time management and organization in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.
  • Proficient with analysis (KPI, win/ loss, sales-related analysis, customer behaviors, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (PPC, SEO) and campaign creation.
  • Track record of managing teams and motivating them to perform.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Define target market segments and create tailored marketing approaches.
  • Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and promotional materials.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Drive digital marketing efforts, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Utilize data analytics to track performance, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Brand Management
  • Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand identity and positioning.
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation across all platforms.
  • Owns the Natus brand guidelines and deployment of Natus’ evolutionary brand positioning globally.
  • New Product Introductions (NPIs)
  • Lead marketing strategies for new product launches.
  • Coordinate with sales and product management teams to align marketing efforts with product features and benefits.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including promotional plans and sales enablement materials.
  • Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Utilize various marketing channels and tactics to capture and nurture leads.
  • Implement and optimize lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Salesforce Implementation
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of SalesForce CRM to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Ensure integration of SalesForce with other marketing tools and platforms.
  • Train and support team members on SalesForce best practices and usage.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously optimize marketing processes and strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team.Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

  • Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
