Are you ready to figure out where your expertise truly fits within a global marketing setup? And do you want to join a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests? Then look no further!
As a Global Marketing Graduate, you will go through three rotations of 8 months. The first one will be in marketing at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, then you transfer to a marketing department abroad, and then you come back to HQ, but in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program September 1st, 2025, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow Graduate batch. You will take part in a talent program and enjoy support from your personal mentor, a senior leader in GN, as well as many opportunities to build you skills and potential in different roles and learning opportunities.
With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.
The team you will be part of
It will differ very much, depending on where you will spend your rotations. You will be exposed to as many different areas of our business as possible and you will have a steep learning curve. We will do our best to meet your wishes and support you seizing new opportunities gradually.
Also, you will become part of a network of 15 fellow graduates. Some will also be working within Marketing while others are exploring areas such as Engineering, Finance, Business, IT, or Supply Chain Management.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Work on various marketing-related, cross-departmental projects
  • Network and interact with stakeholders across the organization
  • Participate in branding and marketing campaigns
  • Participate in launch planning, creative content creation, and marketing strategies
  • Dive into the world of digital transformation
  • Explore data analytics, contributing to commercial optimizations
  • Work with digital marketing, eCommerce strategies, and broader commercial projects

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have a Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Communication, E-business, or similar, with good results and maximum 1 year of full-time work experience
  • Have experience with or a genuine interest in marketing
  • Are eager to learn and take pride in giving and receiving feedback
  • Have international experience through internships, study abroad programs, or volunteering. If circumstances such as Covid-19 have prevented you from gaining international experience, please specify

We encourage you to apply, if you see yourself as a good candidate for this program, also if you do not fulfill all the listed qualifications.
