WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a professional with University degree in Marketing/Business and/or Sciences and 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or product management. You will bring:
- Wide experience in medical device or diagnostics industry preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge in point of care / NPC and ability to lead multiple projects with content expertise, specific experience in the near patient care space preferred
- Profound experience and knowledge of LumiraDx. Having worked at LumiraDx previously is a plus
- Experience leading multiple product marketing launches
- Strong leadership, communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to work effectively across the organization
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functionally within an organization
- Strong project management skills
- Expertise in omnichannel marketing
- Strong experience in working with affiliates and regions to deploy marketing campaigns, and experience in affiliate marketing considered an asset
- Proficiency analyzing marketing data/intelligence and applying it to a strategy
- Creative, strategic and critical thinking skills
- Great teammate, with a positive and growth mindset
