This recognition spans every geographical area (Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific) and all 26 countries where we operate.We are currently looking for a Marketing Omnichannel Offering Specialist-Sr Specialist Reporting to the Global CRM and Commercial Offering Omnichannel Manager , the candidate will be part of a massive omnichannel transformation program, aiming at laying the foundations of a new technological platform able to deliver unique and distinctive customer experiences and enhance store operations and productivity.Main Responsibilities :Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading Marketing function on Global and Country side within the project team to design, deliver, test and successfully roll-out the omnichannel projects
  • Design, gather and formalize requirements, set priorities based on users’ needs
  • Ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating the project status and risks to the Country key stakeholders
  • Partner with Tech Team to plan and prioritize the activities, optimizing resources and budget allocation, while leveraging on the latest technologies
  • Anticipating project risks and reporting them to the manager in charge, while providing possible solutions
  • Contributing to the improvement of current processes, policies, standards, and evaluation principles
  • Keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners’ needs

Candidate Profile :

  • 3/5 years max of product development experience, process improvement experience, proven experience in Marketing or Product Marketing
  • The candidate must have managed projects related to complex Offering services and must be familiar with Pricing topics
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting and project management skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • High level of understanding of Salesforce with a previous experience on projects with salesforce, reporting on salesforce too.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, critical and

strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems

  • Ability to manage highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines, strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high-energy and mission-driven colleague
  • Passionate, with high ambition to value first-class delivery
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel in EMEA up to 40%
