Job Description

• Supports and coordinates transitions referring to scope definition, shadowing, and stabilization;
• Ensures the quality of the Desktop procedures;
• Data cleaning up within multiple ERPs (ex. Duplicates, registered Name, Address, VAT etc.);
• Performing basic statistical and relational analysis of large data sets to identify and correct inconsistencies & anomalies;
• Create visually appealing user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators metrics and insights related to monitoring and evaluation;
• Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects, able to work with the global team, and manage time and tasks effectively and independently;
• use of Power BI, Power automate along with other scripting/programming languages, as needed for other digital initiatives. Ability to understand basic R programming;
• Be knowledgeable on enterprise IT infrastructure environments, eg ticketing processes, Service Management concepts and tools, infrastructure architecture, network concepts etc.;
• Analyzes processes to ensure correct structure of master data;
• Enhances the overall performance of the process by driving standardization and improvement topics;
• Offers support and training other colleagues regarding Bosch Master Data Standards, process specifics and IT system related topics;
• Acts as an expert of Bosch SAP and other process related systems ERP systems;
• Active role in transfer of the activities and also in stabilization phase for Master Data projects;
• Closes collaboration with the Team Leader, senior and team members;
• Coordinates communication with the local units;
• Maintenance of Master Data in SAP, based on the requests received from internal partners (Sales, Finance Departments or Production Plants) according to specific rules;
• Offers support in task prioritization within the team;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Language: English and/ or another language;
• At least 4 years education or work experience in master data, finance, logistics or material management (purchasing);
• MS Office knowledge;
• Ideal candidate is having basic knowledge in Power BI, Power automate, Knime, Alteryx, Python, MySQL;
• Professional Machine Learning, AI or related development experience is a plus
• Computer science fundamentals and educational or research background is a plus;
• Understanding of major business processes in which master data is used;
• Ability to work in a structured and careful way;
• Technical affinities (SAP);
• Detail oriented;
• Passion for learning and innovation;
• High level of customer and service orientation;
• Excellent communication skills in Intercultural environment;
• Logical thinking, curiosity and analysis abilities;
