Overview:

Our Global Mobility Solutions team has successfully gone through a major transformation, with a new strategy, offering and focus. We are looking for the right candidate to join a developing team at grass roots level, helping to continue shaping and building our practice and take it to the next level. Our team consists of Managers and Analysts at all levels, each with individual skill sets, experience and background, bringing their own contribution and expertise to a close and collaborative team. Using their consultative mind set, our teamwork with clients to achieve transformational success by:

  • Developing global mobility strategies right for their business and designing and implementing policies and processes, fit for purpose.
  • Providing guidance through the complex world of Global Mobility and mitigating risk
  • Hand holding their valued talent as they move through the relocation cycle
  • Utilizing the best technology available to deliver successful global mobility outcomes

Key duties include, but not limited to the following:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end global mobility process for corporate employees throughout their relocation, primarily focused on supporting assigned client programs
  • Provide support on the full assignment lifecycle for relocating assignees
  • Support with the coordination between third-party service partners and employee
  • Ensure data is recorded and correctly managed, providing analytical support when required
  • Ensure compliance regulations are adhered to •strategic/ advisory client projects, of low to moderate complexity • employee facing relocation support • compensation related tasks (cost projection, COLA’s, etc)
  • Supports the Regional Global Mobility Manager with client program improvements and recommendations
  • Supports the Regional Global Mobility Manager, with advise to clients on particular complex case scenarios, providing proactive solutions and approaches
  • Conducts research, analysis and prepares draft materials/ reports for other members of the team; Systematically draws information; from a variety of sources, analyzes and identifies implications of data, draws appropriate conclusions, generates viable alternatives, and evaluates consequences of each solution
  • Performing data collection, data entry, and analytical work and report preparation, with our offshore team. Creation of deliverables including but not limited to; strategic / advisory report materials, management of employee facing communication, coordination with strategic partners and ad-hoc

About you:
Required:

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience required in an analytical/ project management and /or mobility consultant role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Office Products
  • Knowledge of database systems and their functionalities
  • Knowledge of core technologies in support of global mobility services (assignment management, payroll and business travel tracking tools)
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral
  • Skillful research abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a cross-functional client service team
  • Detail oriented and solid organizational skills
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion

Preferred:
Experience in Global Mobility Industry particularly in either assignment management, tax advisory and/or compensation
