JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Global Mobility and Immigration Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our global mobility and immigration programs. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure smooth relocation, compliance with international immigration laws, and alignment with the company’s global talent strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global immigration policies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., GMS, CIPP) preferred.
- 7+ years in global mobility and immigration management, with a track record of successfully leading and managing complex global mobility programs.
- In-depth knowledge of global immigration laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
