Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

A critical member of the Total Rewards team that will provide subject-matter expertise to the business regarding all expatriate matters for Goodyear’s assignees. This includes complete assignment life-cycle management for Goodyear’s assignees as well as interfacing with our vendor partners to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders involved in the process.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor Degree or in lieu of degree 10 years of relevant experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in Global Mobility - Working in all aspects of expatriate/inpatriate compensation, compliance, world-wide compensation collection, payroll, tax, HR systems, assignment administration, relocation and benefits.
  • Specific experience with North America and Latin America expatriate populations
  • Experience working with third-party vendors for program administration (which may include assignment services, taxes, immigration, social security, household goods shipment)

  • Working knowledge of Human Resource administration and

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with vendor partners and internal global mobility colleagues to effectively and efficiently manage all aspects of an international assignment, which includes assignment management, immigration, payroll and tax compliance as well as the assignee experience.
  • Consult with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on global mobility matters, providing updates on current assignees and counsel on prospective international assignment opportunities within the business.
  • Ensure global mobility program is operated in full compliance with all company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
