MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5+ years of solid experience in leading global (APAC, AMS & EMEA) mobility teams on an international level with in-depth knowledge of tax, relocation and immigration principles and regulations;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the competency to influence across all levels;
  • Vendor management experience including large scale and regional engagement;
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, law or related field;
  • Project Management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled global mobility and immigration professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that drives excellence in delivering top-tier mobility experiences across different regions including APAC, AMS & EMEA;
  • Define and implement cutting-edge global mobility strategies that align with our company’s vision, ensuring consistency and best-in-class experiences across all regions;
  • Oversee the development and continuous review of global mobility policies, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory standards while also being adaptable to the changing global landscape;
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and roll out mobility best practices and programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee satisfaction;
  • Lead global strategic oversight of our vendor services and build partnerships with mobility ecosystem stakeholders;
  • Optimise processes and programs to address business requirements, increase efficiency and employee experience;
  • Identify opportunities to scale and improve operations to a world class standard.
